Clean townhouse with integrated garage. Stunning views from the terrace and balcony. The beds were made upon arrival. Original equipment in the bathroom and kitchen was available for the first days. Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

As a first time renter of an AirBnB property, I was thoroughly impressed with the home and the service of our hosts, Elena and Radu. The home was spectacular - clean, spacious, and the views were amazing. Our hosts, Elena and Radu were very responsive and were so nice and helpful. It was our first time to Lake Como and I can't wait to return soon someday (and hopefully stay in this great house again).

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We had a very pleasant stay. The holiday home is quietly located, with a beautiful view. The indoor space is also spacious and stays "cool" during the warm weather; which is of course very pleasant. In the pool, there were always very few to no people present. Blissful ! With its dimensions of 20 by 8 m, it's wonderful to swim a few laps. At 10-15 min walking distance you are at "Spiaggia di ceresolo". For those who love the tranquility, definitely recommended to go to this: a nice place to swim in the lake. Bring umbrella, because there are no shade spots. We stayed there with 2 teenagers (16-18 yrs)

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The place is very nicely decorated. I loved the many lovingly designed details. A nice surprise was the full fridge and the fine things for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

The apartment is luxury, the private garden stunning, the view amazing, no stress, no noise and well linked to Bellagio and ferry boats. The hosts are always available for every kind of needs. They even reserve the tables for you at the restaurants if you ask.

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

Everything went smoothly, recommended!

We spent almost a week here and thought it was the absolute best option we could find. Walking distance to everything and lovely private garden with more than 3 different cats visiting every time you sat there. We walked to almost every restaurant they recommended and had absolutely amazing food served! They respond quickly to messages and even offered to help us with something we thought about after 10pm at night, top service! If we go back, we absolutely live here...

This place was like heaven on earth. Waking up to that priceless view was something else. The property was 12/10. Giulio was the best host anyone can ask for. Very helpful and responsive! All in all, I’d go back there any chance I’d get, and whoever is reading these reviews to get a perspective on how it all went, you will not be disappointed, your only regret will be not booking it for longer!

We had a wonderful stay and were still able to enjoy the time in the apartment because of bad weather. The apartment was heatable and very nicely decorated. Fabrizio also gave us a good tip for eating out and also the location so close to the promenade with several playgrounds was ideal with our little daughter. The little shop nearby had delicious specialties. It was a very nice holiday in a particularly nice apartment.
