This large 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an owner-occupied 1925 Arts & Crafts building, is an ode to Pittsburgh’s own Andy Warhol. There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). The apartment is within strolling distance of many restaurants and shops.

Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

504 Bascom Ave Serene Luxury
Nestled in the middle of an adorable community of stone cottages, this historic structure built in 1938 was the first home John Mattys built in this neighborhood. He went on to build all the houses on Mattys (named after himself) and Oceanas Avenues (named for the sisters that commissioned and lived in this duplex). Re-imagined for contemporary lifestyles, 504 Bascom is your cozy cottage but with all the amenities you deserve. I look forward to hosting you!

Carnegie is conveniently located 10min to downtown, pnc park, acrisure stadium, ppg paints arena, 25min to the pavilion at starlake & 20min to the airport. The apartment is loaded with comfy furnishings, kitchen basics, keurig, private parking, smart lock, wifi and streaming services. We have ring cameras on the front porch and facing the parking lot off the back deck.

Open and bright private apartment located in the Fox Chapel area. Entire apartment was recently remodeled with all new furnishings and fixtures. We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike.
