Luciano was an absolutely available guest, responsive in communications, and we really enjoyed having a chat with him. The house has been tastefully renovated, and the context and view are enchanting: a true oasis of peace and simplicity. The location of the accommodation is strategic to reach several points of interest in the Monte Amiata area. I'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips in thatarea.

great stay at Francesca's place she is a very available and responsive host who made sure we felt good throughout the stay. the apartment is very good: properly equipped and francesca leaves enough to cook more easily: oil vinegar salt etc. We enjoyed the rusks and jams provided as well as the coffee. really well received. we note 2 points of attention for the next guests: the shower which is quite narrow and the noise made by the neighbors above (passing tourists). Unfortunately, this is totally independent of Francesca who can't do much about it. we highly recommend this place anyway. thanks francesca, we had a great time

The perfect apartment for us (family with two small children) for a one night stop over. Francesca was incredibly helpful and friendly, and provided useful information on the surrounding area. We went down to the hot springs very early to beat the crowds and it was magical. Thank you!

The property was even more beautiful than the photos could have described. The home is very comfortable, with all the needed amenities. Rita was a gracious host and welcomed us when we arrived, but still gave us plenty of space. She also has an amazing store with award winning olive oil she produces, as well as jams and jellies from the orchards of her farm. She very graciously gave us a tour and allowed us to meet her animals, who are all well behaved and charming. This was the most beautiful location I have seen in Tuscany. I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a place to get away.
