Holiday rentals with a patio in Roccalbegna

lidia and her husband were very welcoming,responsive and friendly. Their accommodation was very spacious and extremely clean in a very pleasant and quiet setting with olive trees.

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

Lucrezia was always available and proactive... location of the b&b great for exploring the Val d 'Orcia and quiet area

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! We fell in love with the place. It’s very close to the beach and to all the things you might need - supermarket, delicious pizzeria and small shops. Amazing hospitality, quick responses and overall everything was as it’s described. Hopefully we will come back one day!

Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

A great spot, with a lovely host, Elena, who helped / accommodated us wherever she could! We got early check in and late check out, she helped sort our cab, ensured there was coffee in the house. The place was perfect.

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A stone's throw from beautiful Siena, nice and spacious villa ground floor. Great spaces, beautiful bathrooms. Great general equipment (wine cellar!) but no cups or mugs. No oil or condiments ( salt). Very unfortunate especially in view of the general service. on the other hand coffee capsules in sufficient number. Almost perfect then!

Absolutely perfect accommodation! Great location for those who want to enjoy the relaxing sounds of the countryside a stone's throw from Siena...a gem is the hammock between the two trees! Dedicated parking in front of the house, and Anna is definitely available and reachable in case of need! 4 days of rest for us and our two dogs! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay! You can feel like an Italian :-) Italian neighbors, Italian food, Italian house. Lucia is a great host full of energy and enthusiasm. It was a great pleasure meeting her.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

Adrianos place was perfect. The apartment had all the amenities that anyone might need, and even a lovely little breakfast snack and tea in the kitchen. Adriano was a very sweet host and was offering to help with anything necessary. The location was a very close walk to the old city yet was a nice and quiet location. The place itself was squeaky clean with a perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen and all the space you may want. My partner and I had a really great stay and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montepulciano. Well worth the price

I stayed at this Airbnb on a farm, and overall it was a great experience. The interior was nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I had rented a vintage Fiat 500 from another company, and when I brought it back, the host kindly pointed out a few issues—like a small oil leak—and gave me helpful driving tips, which I really appreciated. The location is quite remote, with no restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but the scenery is beautiful. The farm itself has stunning views over wide stretches of Tuscan countryside, which was a real highlight. Driving around also let me explore hidden spots most tourists wouldn’t see. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a view; you need to step outside into the yard to enjoy it. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful countryside escape.

Great location next to fabulous Café restaurants and wineries. Maria Teresa was very responsive and helped us with a late checkout in the last minute. We would definitely recommend!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

Very nice apartment, 10 min. walk to the city center, very close to Porta Romana but away from the tourist madness (appreciable) and with this flowered terrace overlooking the walls! Delicious! And Alberto, very kind and available... Thank you, Alberto!
