Von hier aus können Sie weltberühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden, viel unternehmen und abseits der Touristenströme die Ruhe des toskanischen Landlebens genießen.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

All'Aquila e l'Ulivo, un antico casale ristrutturato del 1200, troverai non solo tutti i confort necessari per uno splendido soggiorno, ma vivrai anche l'emozione di sentirti libero e immerso nella natura incontaminata della Val D'Orcia. Qui avrai la possibilita' di passeggiare con i due falchi Ayga e Sayen e interagire con le aquile, e perchè non sorseggiare un eccellente aperitivo a bordo piscina. Ti aspettiamo nel nostro mondo, fatto di animali, relax, natura e anche un pizzico di Magia.

The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden and relax in the outdoor marble hot tub, soaking in the breathtaking views.

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

The Villa "I Girasoli" is part of the holiday farm "Il Serraglio" which covers 17 hectares. The Villa has a total area of 220 square meters that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with an antique fireplace. Free WiFi. Direct access to the pool (which can be used by our other guests too) * Pool open from April to November. Circular warm pool, (36C/97F) from April 1 to October 31. Pool is shared with other guests of our property. *

Cottage "L'Assolata" in Tuscany

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta.
