For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

We are a caring, family run, small (2 house), artistic, peaceful agriturismo nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Garfagnana with beautiful mountain views. You can stay here and enjoy countless possibilities that nature offers us...within walking distance from 10th c. historic church, river, forest hikes, train station, main road-S.R. 445 connecting Lucca & Aulla. There is a lovely pool, vegetarian restaurant ~ where we cook healthy, organic meals & have yoga classes & a children's playground.

Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, large garden and swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is open from May 5th, closes in October. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Casa-Le Macine

Le Macine is an old renovated mill located inside a fish farm in Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, an isolated place surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, a barbecue area, a veranda with a small table and a wood-burning oven.

It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
