Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

It consists of an open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Located in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is 5/10 minutes on foot from the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction stove, phone, bicycles, etc.

Le Macine is an old renovated mill located inside a fish farm in Villa Collemandina on the banks of the Corfino River, an isolated place surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. The independent house of about 80 square meters consists of a large living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. Outside we find numerous open spaces, a barbecue area, a veranda with a small table and a wood-burning oven.
