Buenavida is located in the heart of La Pedrera, everything is close, without giving up tranquility or nature. We are one and a half blocks from the main avenue (supermarkets and bars), two blocks from Desplayado Beach and four blocks from Barco Beach. It is a large and bright house that has a full shared kitchen, a living room, a covered deck and a large garden where we have our vegetable garden. It's ideal for families or groups of friends looking for privacy and a great atmosphere to unwind.

Nuestra piscina está climatizada a 30°. Hay parrilleros, horno a leña, hamacas, una glorieta y un deck donde leer, charlar, compartir juegos de mesa. Donde? estamos lejos del bullicio, en un barrio tranquilo,a 200 metros de la rotonda de acceso al balneario,a 4 kms de las playas, entre el campo y el mar.

Room with private bathroom, very close to the beach, overlooks an outdoor deck with pergola, the room overlooks the garden, there is also another pergola with Paraguayan hammocks. Located on the same lot as our house. It is a refurbished shipping container, plus an extension with a desk and full bathroom. It's very bright and airy. During the school year it was our oldest daughter's room. This year she went to study and it became our studio.
