Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
