Hello, I rent my 75 m² chalet in the mountains, at the heart of the Parc des Volcanoes d 'Auvergne in the Massif du Sancy. Located in the municipality of Saint Victor La Riviere, between Besse en Chandesse and Murol. (Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

Large duplex apartment WITHOUT ANY SHARED SPACES (which was not the case before). Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, with hammam shower (steam bath), Emperor bed (2x2 m) in a renovated old hotel, private TV lounge, in the center of the desertified village of Rochefort-Montagne. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Linens/duvets/towels provided, Wifi on each floor, Large kitchen on the ground floor, living room, Android TV.

small townhouse that fits into our main residence, you have full freedom with a separate entrance. You will find the hall that will allow you to store for example your bikes or dry your ski gear; then you will discover on the first floor the kitchen and on the next floor the bedroom and the bathroom. This accommodation for 2 is ideally located between Clermont-Ferrand at 25 min (the Grande Hall, the Zénith...) and the Sancy at 20 min (ski and spa)

Towels, linens and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a privileged moment of relaxation. You will have the opportunity to sail around Saint Nectaire (10 min), Murol (5 min), Lac Chambon (10 min), Super Besse (25 min), Le Mont Dore and La Bourboule (30 min), and other places, each more beautiful than the last. ***Cleaning and bed linen included in the price***
