Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rochester

Everything was great about the stay! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The place was exactly as pictured and felt very comfortable. I even accidentally left something behind and Susan promptly messaged me and mailed it to me. I have plans to be in the area next year and hope I can stay there again. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was just as we remembered- clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed this 4 days we stay, including a welcome bottle of wine. Rich is a great host, communicates details and quickly responding to any questions. We would highly recommend staying in one of his Airbnb's

Bottom line: I would stay here again. The place is cozy and tidy. Carmin made obvious efforts to make the place welcoming. It’s a good location that’s removed from the congestion of the village center, but you can get there by car in 5 minutes. You can walk out the door and go for a hike. Water pressure in the shower is good. Carmin provides lots of local recommendations. Netflix readily available. Coffee and welcome snacks given. Heater heats up place quickly. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear any car pass at night. The place is older, and as such has houseflies. They’re being managed, but it’s a little surprising at first. The place is clean. I didn’t find vent fans for the kitchen or bathroom, but there are windows close. The bed is fairly comfortable, on the softer side, but the pillows are noisy. The cookware is a little beat up (missing handles), but functional. We did not use the washer or dryer. Overall good stay.

This was our second stay here and we do love it very much and will continue to return as often as possible.

My daughter and I had a great time. We were able to bike several times straight from the house, and the town had everything we needed for a local run, food shopping, and restaurants. It was a perfect little getaway!!

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! We loved Tim’s apartment for our Stowe ski weekend. It was just as described and in a beautiful setting. Tim was also great to communicate with and very accommodating when we had some last minute changes to our plans. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip - highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a group. Every bedroom had a full bath and kitchen was large. Because we were off season rate was good.

We enjoyed our stay and it was an excellent spot for a large group. We especially enjoyed the back yard and well apportioned kitchen. Location is ok-very private and easy enough to get anywhere but not a ton in walking distance. Would recommend.

Fantastic little place close to Middlebury college. Julia’s cottage was cute and cozy. My boyfriend and I only needed one night because of our travel plans but we would have loved a longer stay. Next time! Julia was a great host with thoughtful touches like snacks and fruit and toiletries waiting for us. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A lovely townhouse with plenty of room for a mom/daughter ski weekend, so close to the base you could walk if you wanted!

We enjoyed staying here with easy access to ski at Bolton Valley. Great little house exactly as described. It was the beginning of mud season so the dirt road was a bit challenging.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

We had an amazing cousins' ski weekend, and staying at Alisa's house was the perfect finishing touch. The home was warm, inviting, and had a unique layout that we loved. Alisa was highly responsive, making communication seamless throughout our stay. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

We were expecting 8 in our party but ended up with 6. We could have had 10 easily in this spacious home. Our group of skiers raced together in high school and four of us raced in college. This is our seventh year for “ski week” at different locations around the US. Best lodging quarters by far. Advertising this location having ski in/ski out is a stretch. It exists but it was easier to just drive one mile down to the parking lot making it impossible to have our lunch via ski in/ski out.

Amazing location just across the street from Pico. Super fast to the slopes. Easy to access and get in.

Clean, great location, easy check in/out, and friendly host - would definitely stay again.

Loree was really great and responsive! She seems to really care! If we had one negative about the place it’s that you can hear the neighbors pretty well. Particularly when they leave their unit early in the AM. Otherwise, four of us spent a week there quite comfortably.

What an awesome place!! This is the perfect spot for a great weekend at Sugarbush. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Extremely nice cabin, very recently renovated. The owner has a keen eye for organization, everything is neatly placed where it should be. Linens are clean, beds were super comfortable. Amazing stay, thank you Cathy

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to all the incredible relaxation amenities like the pool, steam room, and sauna, which made our trip feel like a true escape. Going for a walk while taking in the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. The unit itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable, short stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was the perfect home base for exploring Killington and unwinding after a day of adventure. Would absolutely recommend and may come back during the Peak of the Snow Sport Season!

I took my 13 yo son for a weekend visit to ski Killington for the first time and Gregory’s condo made our stay worthwhile! It was easy to access, clean, and equipped with all necessities. We will be sure to return!!
