Monthly Rentals in Rock Hill

Our stay with Nate was wonderful! We booked at the cottage for a quick extended weekend for a wedding at Catawba Falls. Ive lived down in Rock Hill prior so I knew of things I wanted to do and see. Nate's cottage was quiet and peaceful. It was exactly how it was explained in his listing as well as the pictures. I will definitely love to stay again for our next trip!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We spent some of the time visiting Carowinds, which was an easy ~20 minute drive away. My whole family really loved the backyard setup here - the paved space was great for basketball (and a bunch of other games) and for the kids to ride their scooters. The turf area out back is also very unique and made me want to install something similar at our house - it even was pretty quick to dry after we got some rain. The house itself was also very comfortable for our family of 5. This is a very professionally set up house in terms of organization and instructions - clearly a pro rental setup and nicely done. The place was also very clean. Would stay here again!

I enjoyed my time at this place. The owners were so attentive and friendly and went out of their way to help me with anything. They are very kind and understanding. It was a joy to get to know them and stay at their rental. The rental has plenty of animals and very peaceful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We loved staying at Melika's place. The amenities did not disappoint. In addition to the farm animals and pool, the kitchen and bathroom were extremely well stocked and modern. This place is exactly what was described and we would be happy to return!
