Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

Newly built in 2020 and furnished with an eye for stylish city living, our home offers all the creature comforts to ensure a comfortable stay.

Private floor in a shared home. Romantic Moon Themed bedroom with balcony. This unique space offers a private bathroom and a private living room with a sofa bed. Perfect for the solo traveler or couples looking a QUIET romantic staycation. 1 bedroom will be fixed for 2 guests. Private kitchen on the first floor, and a hot tub for only two that you can use only until 9pm. (Shared backyard) Free street parking or driveway available. Cozy Cambria

**NO SMOKING ALLOWED; Failure to obey, you will be asked to leave property IMMEDIATELY !! All guest Must be 21 years old and over. Cambria Heights is a beautiful neighborhood in Queens at the Nassau County border. Our space is a short 5 minute drive to the LIRR at the Queens Village stop. This can take you to Manhattan’s east or west sides in 25 minutes. You are also 10 mins away from JFK airport. Only 3 minutes drive to the UBS Arena- the home of the New York Islanders.

Rockaway Beach, walk to local hotspots!

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Beautiful Retreat by the Beach, La Casita Flora

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
