Large kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace in the garden with a view. Ideal for families with or without children who want to enjoy the surrounding nature. The building/barn next to the house is occasionally used by hosts.

Guesthouse Refshalegården

Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Rødvig is a lively harbor town with restaurants and cafes, shopping, tour boat to Stevns Klint, free tourist bus in the summer to various attractions. There are good opportunities for swimming and surfing. You can play paddle tennis, rent bicycles and take the train to Køge. The beautiful hiking trail along the coast, “Trampestien” also starts in Rødvig.
