Monthly Rentals in Rogersville

Cozy cabin is an accurate description of the place we stayed for a few days. While I wouldn't want to arrive after dark, any difficulty has more to do with the back country roads and relatively remote setting than anything else, which for us was a plus. The cabin was as advertised, and we didn't lack for anything we needed or expected. The shower was strong and hot. The coffee provided was robust. The setting was peaceful and quiet. This would be a great place to stay for day trips through the area.

This cabin is definitely the nicest place we have stayed at so far. We were at how beautiful the cabin was and private. We ran into a lot of wildlife during our stay. Rachel had thought of everything you might need during your stay and doubled it so we didnt have to worry about the propane going out while grilling or the smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night. The trails and kayaks were fun and the river was clear. There were so many cute sitting areas to relax and read as well. We'll definitely be booking again!

Perfect little cottage to stay in over Christmas break.

We needed a place to stay when we came for our daughter’s wedding. Modern Home was conveniently located to all the areas we needed to be during our stay. The home was very clean, amenities were exactly what we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved having access to the garage, especially when it rained and we were dressed in our wedding attire. We highly recommend this home to those looking to stay in the Rogersville area.
