The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

"Jules Hus" is located on a large property on the edge of a field. The house is within walking distance of the beach. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe, a spacious shower room with a rain shower, a sauna and a central living area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the terrace/garden. The vacation home is a new building to feel good. The surroundings and neighborhood are quietly located. Car parking spaces are available free of charge on the premises in front of the houses. The adjoining meadow invites you to linger, play and sunbathe.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
