The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max. 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even though the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11pm is possible by prior arrangement via a key locker.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

A large, cosy, individually designed room (50m²) with wooden floorboards, clay walls and grandma's buffet is available. The bathroom with shower and toilet is cuddly warm by the wall heating. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Rostock. Urige pubs, restaurants, cinema, theater are within walking distance. With a few steps you are at the city harbour and can end the day with a view of the evening sun.
