The apartment is located in the district of Birken and in the immediate vicinity of the popular Röhrensee. The location captivates with its proximity to the university, the proximity to nature, the popular outdoor swimming pool "Kreuzsteinbad", but also the convenient location to Bayreuther city center, which can be reached by bike in 5 minutes and on foot in 10 minutes. The connection to the city transport network and thus to the city center is also ensured by the walking stop of the city bus.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.
