The exposed location of our house on the edge of the forest on Reisersberg offers the best views of the Freibachtal and in good weather to the Alps. The apartment has two bedrooms, a feel-good bathroom, kitchen-living room, storeroom and hallway as well as a balcony. It can accommodate 2 - 4 people and has a size of approx. 63 q

At the Kapferhof

Apartment in a small tranquil village in the old typical "Vierseithof" with large garden. 125 sqm apartment on the 1st floor under 100 years old beamed warehouse . 1x loft with TV corner, kitchen, dining area, 2x loop couch, 1x couch, reading area and work table. 1x bedroom with double bed and baby bed with stylish colonial decor. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Access via external stairs with long balcony. Views of the countryside as well as garden with fire pit and triple barbecue.

Wooden house alone at the edge of the forest

Quaint but comfortable wooden hut right on the edge of the forest. Small separate bathroom with toilet and sink. (Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heating is provided by a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's hut can also be rented. The central apartment for 4-5 people is only a two-minute walk from the market square. With good bus connections to Passau and the Bavarian Forest, it offers many recreational opportunities. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
