The house is immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian hills of Val Fontanabuona, a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna. You can also easily reach the Val d'Aveto for excursions. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa and consists of: a large living room with two armchairs and a sofa bed, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace. Apartment located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature a few minutes from the famous Piazzetta di Portofino and the Brown Castle. Equipped with every comfort, for a pleasant vacation. Also, the view from the balcony overlooking the centre of Portofino is amazing, and in the distance you can even see a bit of the sea. After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families!
