Red Room @ Saschiz 130

Our story in Transylvania begins in 2018, when we decided to move to Saschiz, a village that is part of the UNESCO world heritage. We offer accommodation in four traditionally furnished rooms, each with private bathroom, bicycles for rent, wireless internet for those who work remotely, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your daily meals, a barn as a dining area, wine cellar, gardean area, beach space and picnic. Our house is located right at the foot of the Peasant Fortress.

Fără curent electric de la rețea, cu un sistem fotovoltaic de 10 W pentru a încarca telefoane si 2 becuri pentru a ilumina noaptea.

Heritage Blue House from 1903 / Marin village

The house was built in 1903 on a traditional technique combining wood, hay, manure and clay. It's decorated according to the local traditional style, the same way locals used to decorate their houses in the past century and all the textiles and most of the furniture are inherited from my grandmother. The blue color is representative for traditional houses around the country. We're glad to welcome you in our cozy place and to share with you a part of our culture.

The constructions are from earth, organic, made only by man's hand. It is in the middle of the Geopark of Buzau, close to all the sights. You can enjoy the tranquility, the song of the walkways in an ecofriendly home, which combines everyday comfort with the old earth houses of our grandparents. You can enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique home, made only from natural or recycled materials! It can be you, one with nature!

The houses are built of cob, that mixture of clay earth, sand, straw and water, which carefully shaped by man's hand, can turn a normal construction into a dream place that gladly reminds you of grandparents' house or transpose you into a world of stories, remembering the wonderful world of childhood. Houses are oriented to keep you in this world, to break away from the surrounding reality, which brings you back to the everyday.

Balnaca Traditional Nook

Learn what it means to relax at our unique bohemian nook at the entrance in the Apuseni Mountains. 4G Wi-Fi and private parking are also available to ensure a carefree stay. From October 2022 the wood-fired hot tub is available for our guests as an optional feature (please ask about availability and cost when booking)
