Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
