35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

The accommodation is arranged around a large living room, very bright thanks to its veranda, and an equipped kitchen area. Above, the mezzanine. The bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a double bed (160 cm or 2 beds of 80 cm) and a single loft bed (90 cm). The shower room and toilet open onto a beautiful rounded corridor in old stones. A dressing room allows you to store all your belongings. Let's not forget the small terrace in the shade of the large willow.

The accommodation has a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden furniture set. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (cot, bath, play mat, high chair, etc.). The gîte is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for travellers.

Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Recently renovated apartment in an authentic Drôme building for a stay in the heart of nature, at the foot of the hiking trails. The accommodation has all the necessary elements to make your stay comfortable (terrace, spacious bathroom, wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), while enjoying the charm of the surrounding nature. 9 km from Die Not suitable for young children. Small dogs may be allowed (prior exchange required).

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

For nature lovers, studio at the foot of Vercors, in the Diois countryside, with magnificent views of Peyrolles and Glandasse. In a house of character: 31 m² apartment: kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sitting area and sleeping area, a covered terrace, a small garden with an open terrace.

La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.
