Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Profitez de la terrasse privative pour vos petits-déjeuners au soleil ou vos soirées sous les étoiles, dans le calme de la campagne. L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

A stone's throw from the Basilique Saint-Urbain, you will be ideally located to explore the historic center of the beautiful city of Troyes. Guests can take advantage of the proximity to restaurants and shops on foot! Several parking lots are accessible near the house (market and cathedral). Quiet, not overlooking the street, we provide bed linen and towels as well as Netflix and Disney+. See you soon :)

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Our 50 m² Prestige accommodation consists of a lounge area (with a 140/190 cm sofa bed) and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160/200 cm) overlooking the private jacuzzi. We offer 3 options at an additional cost. - Romantic staging 20 euros. - Gourmet directing which includes romantic staging + 1/2 bottle of champagne+ sweet or savory small ovens to be defined together for €50. - And a breakfast basket for 2 people for €15. Quiet and relaxing place. 4 single bedrooms with bathrooms and desks. The perfect place to unwind. At the foot of Marque Avenue and 5 km from Mac Arthur Glen. The lakes are 20 kilometers away and Nigloland Park is 40 kilometers away. Dreamlike scenery.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a renovated guest house on our farm. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms each with its Italian shower and private toilets, it is bright . This house can accommodate up to 7 people. Depending on the period, and on request, it is possible to choose your arrival and departure times.
