On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Listen to the birds sing in the woods outside while you sit in the large window, drink your morning coffee and study the Romsdal mountains. The mini house is centrally located, but undisturbed, on the outskirts of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Strap on your skis outside the door and go to some of Romsdal's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch and watch Romsdalseggen you walked earlier in the day. The mini-house has a small and functionally equipped kitchenette (fridge and two hobs) where you can cook simple dishes.

Are you visiting the mighty Romsdalen and want a unique experience where a little bit of comfort meets raw, Norwegian nature? Now you have the chance. The guest house is very centrally located near the start of Romsdalseggen/Rampestreken, and a 5-minute walk from the train/bus station and the Romsdalsgondol. Kitchenette with fridge-freezer and two hobs. No oven. Kettle/coffee press. Toaster. The kitchen is best suited for simple cooking due to its size. The bathroom is small, but has a toilet, sink and shower. The guest house is a small, old farmhouse, with relatively small rooms and low doors. Decent ceiling height. The house is only used by our Airbnb guests.
