Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay.

This beautiful home is set up for outdoor living and features four outdoor sitting areas, a playground, basketball hoop, expansive yard, and all of the latest items from Breeo: a well know local brand that revolutionized the standard fire pit by manufacturing a smoke-less firepit with a sleek + modern design. The interior of the home has been thoughtfully decorated to ensure that you have everything you need for an entertaining + relaxing vacation full of quality time with your family & friends.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, and a 15 min. drive to the Sight & Sound Theater. The home is very near Amish farms with a great view out back.
