19th-century Provençal bastide - air conditioning & swimming pool

Ideal for families, this authentic Provençal Bastide in charming stones was built in 1840. It will offer you great moments thanks to its swimming pool, its petanque court and its shaded rest area. The house is over 250 m2 on 1300 m2 of land and can accommodate up to 11 people and 3 cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm and 4 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, groups of friends without children are no longer accepted.

Located within the owners' main residence, upstairs , it has totally independent access by outdoor stairs and small furnished terrace with table , chairs , umbrella and sun loungers . The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and hob.

Our 300 m² Provençal bastide was completely renovated and expanded in 2023. It is located at the foot of the Garlaban, a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Lacours in a quiet and natural environment. Cassis, La Ciotat and central Marseille are a 25-minute drive away, Aix-en-Provence is a 35-minute drive away. The 1800 m² plot includes a swimming pool and allows parking for many vehicles (6 or more).
