A small cosy House

Personally decorated, beautiful, cozy and well-functioning holiday home close to beach, forest and beautiful natural areas. Suitable for a girlfriend trip, cozy with girlfriends or a little get away for peace and quiet. During the summer holidays, it is just nice to use the outdoor space and there is plenty of space for a small family, if larger children can sleep in their own section in the annex. There's the opportunity to sleep outdoors, make a bonfire, cook outside, and enjoy life on the wooden deck with and without a cover.

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.
