Private beach access but shared parking and pathway. You’ll fall asleep & wake to the sounds of ocean and breeze that reminds you of less stressful days, it’s the truest beach bum experience. Short drive/tours to Ensenada, Rosarito and Valle Guadalupe.

Complete apartment in 2nd floor, with 2 bedrooms, for maximun 4 people. comfortable Queen beds, recliner. Ideal , for couples, to work remotely, business, doctor appointments. NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERY. You can move easily by public transport, Uber or walking in the area. Independent entrance, located at the back of the house, well lit , 4 blocks from the beach. Safe comercial zone. Public transport around the corner. Restaurants, coffe shops, markets, banks, squares a few steps away.
