This is a 5 bedroom home with 3 separate living areas, one with a view of Arthur’s Seat National Park and one looking over the sea. There are two large televisions with streaming services. The dining table overlooks the enormous timber deck. The entertainers kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine and SMEG appliances and the beds and linen are heavenly.

A beautifully appointed couples retreat located 10mins walk to lovely Diamond Bay. 15mins walk to the iconic Sorrento Sailing Club and bay beach, 20mins walk to Sorrento main shopping centre with its cafes or take the ferry for a quick trip to Queenscliff. Vineyards and wineries are located within a short drive from Sorrento Peninsula Hot Springs is a big favourite and located only 15mins drive away. Guests also are able to use the Settlers Cove community tennis court (5mins walk)

There is a deck with a bbq and a small private yard. The Unit is not suitale for schoolies.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
