Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roseto degli Abruzzi

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

We spent 15 days in Loredana's place out of 10. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Air conditioners present that made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

We found a spacious, very clean and well cared for apartment. Mrs. Liberata and Mr. Paolo are of a rare kindness and availability. Quiet and convenient place for the various destinations. Highly recommended!

The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The road behind the house leads to the plain of the voltiglio, in 15 minutes you can get there very comfortably. Excellent paved and large roads, which is not a given in the mountains. Nadia was very helpful in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the accommodation. No problem with our big dog either. Outside there is a small grill that does its job. From where I live, the road is long, but if I want to go back, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you for everything

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

What can I say, it's like being with family. Lovely place, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, with the sea just a few minutes by car. Apartment equipped with all comforts; Outside a nice relaxation area under a pepper tree. Graziella and Angelo are super hospitable and jovial, available for anything you need. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back next year.

Sebastiano's place is a gem immersed in the greenery of Abruzzo vineyards and olive groves. Equipped with a large outdoor space, the apartment is clean, functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts for an excellent stay. It is also just a few kilometers from the sea and the supermarket, great for both short and long-term stays. As for the host, Sebastiano is a delight, ready to meet every need. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine and it also provided us with useful directions to roads and places to see. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

perfect apartment, very clean and easy to reach. Available host. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook anything at home, without having to eat out in the clubs. Clean and large bathrooms. Great house even in winter: we were warm and there were several blankets available both for the beds and to watch TV on the sofa. We recommend it to everyone!

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Very nice apartment, very close to supermarket, town centre. Clean and very well presented. Milco was really helpful with instructions and showed an interest for me to enjoy my stay. I loved this place and would definitely return here

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

We had a great time at the big and beautiful house. Katja and her husband were very helpful and communication went great. There was even an air conditioner installed in the upper bedrooms, which gave us pleasant temperatures during the night. Overall the house is very well equipped and very suitable for a larger family. The old town of Montefiore is very easily accessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

we stayed at Simonetta's house the week of Ferragosto. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and very well supplied with everything. The garden is lovely and very pleasant for dining. The beach, various restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance Special thanks to Simonetta for her thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family member!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

Great place with all the luxury in an absolutely quiet location. Stefano and his family are very nice hosts and always available for tips. We'd love to come back anytime!

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
