Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roseto degli Abruzzi

Lorenzo host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto e illustrato alcuni luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. L'alloggio è molto pulito, posizione super tranquilla e nessun vicino. Abbiamo passato 4 giorni insieme al nostro cane che poteva tranquillamente stare in giardino (privato e chiuso) e visitato tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Gli unici aspetti "negativi" dell'alloggio sono stati la mancanza di zanzariere nelle camere da letto, il che significa che d'estate, lasciando le finestre aperte (si stava benissimo!) qualche insetto è entrato, e la lontananza dal centro abitato: se la sera si vuole fare un giro in paese la strada per arrivarci è in salita e piuttosto lunga. Quest'ultimo aspetto a noi non ha pesato perché la sera, dopo lunghe camminate, siamo sempre andati a letto dopo cena. Non abbiamo usufruito del barbecue. In sintesi: esperienza più che positiva e super consigliata a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax per visitare l'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Abbiamo passato 15 giorni nell'alloggio di Loredana in 10. Tutto in ordine e ben tenuto. Condizionatori presenti che hanno reso la notte riposante in queste giornate torride. Terrazzo splendido da utilizzare la sera.

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo e ben curato. La signora Liberata e il signor Paolo sono di una rara gentilezza e disponibilità. Posto tranquillo e comodo per le varie mete. Consigliatissimo!

Sara è stata un'Host fantastica! Da subito si è dimostrata gentile, disponibile e ci è venuta incontro su tutte le richieste fatte. La casa è un gioiellino, pulitissima sotto ogni aspetto. Grazie di tutto ♥️

La casa è in un posto molto tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve, ho trovato il materasso molto comodo. Ottimo il bagno. La strada dietro la casa porta alla piana del voltiglio, in 15 minuti si arriva molto comodo. Strade ottime asfaltate e grandi, che non è scontato in montagna. Nadia molto presente nel consigliarci zone da visitare, feste e quant’altro. Ci siamo riposati alla grande. Non posso fare altro che consigliare l’alloggio. Nessun problema anche con il nostro cagnone. All’esterno c’è una piccola griglia che fa il suo dovere. Da dove abito io la strada è tanta, ma se vorrò tornarci di sicuro alloggerò qui. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Che dire, come essere in famiglia. Posto incantevole, circondati da ulivi e vigneti, con il mare a pochi minuti di macchina. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort; All'esterno una graziosa area relax sotto un albero di pepe. Graziella ed Angelo super ospitali e gioviali, disponibili per ogni evenienza. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente prossimo anno.

L'alloggio di Sebastiano è una chicca immersa nel verde dei vigneti e degli uliveti abruzzesi. Dotato di un vasto spazio esterno, l'appartamento è pulito, funzionale e provvisto di tutti i comfort necessari per un'ottima permanenza. Inoltre dista pochissimi km dal mare e dal supermercato, ottimo sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Per quanto riguarda l'host, Sebastiano è una persona squisita, pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente con una bottiglia di vino e ci ha inoltre fornito utili indicazioni su strade e posti da vedere. Assolutamente consigliato!

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher haben richtig gut und frisch gerochen, sowie die Bettwäsche. Francesca ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar und war auch sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es etwas gab. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen aber da es sehr steil bergauf geht, haben wir das bei der Hitze nicht gemacht. Man kann von da oben auf jeden Fall auf das Meer schauen, wenn man an der Straße steht, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns in allem wohl gefühlt. In diesem Sinne noch mal viele Liebe Grüße Francesca

appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere. host disponibile. la cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare a casa qualsiasi cosa, senza dover mangiare fuori nei locali. bagni puliti e grandi. casa ottima pure in inverno: siamo stati caldi e c'erano diverse coperte a disposizione sia per i letti sia per guardare la TV sul divano. lo consigliamo a tutti!

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulitissimo, in un’antica villa panoramica con un grande giardino intorno, molto curato. L’appartamento ha anche un bel terrazzo e un comodo parcheggio per l’auto, in un cortile con cancello automatico. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, alle porte di un piccolo borgo, ottimo per rilassarsi e sentirsi in vacanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, e ci ha anche dato utili indicazioni sui dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Molto spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con molto gusto. L'host e la cohost sono molto cordiali e disponibili e hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti!

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Very nice apartment, very close to supermarket, town centre. Clean and very well presented. Milco was really helpful with instructions and showed an interest for me to enjoy my stay. I loved this place and would definitely return here

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Domenico, una persona precisa, disponibile e molto cordiale. La casa è come da descrizione e l'abbiamo trovata molto comoda. Le sere di ritorno dalle escursioni, dopo cena abbiamo apprezzato molto un bel divano comodo davanti ad uno schermo TV grandissimo e spettacolare, dove abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e a pochi Km ci sono tutti i servizi necessari. La consigliamo vivamente e se dovessimo ritornare in zona sicuramente la terremo presente.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem Luxus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Stefano und seine Familie sind sehr nette Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar für Tipps. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Nove amici che non si vedevano da anni che hanno potuto godere del poco tempo insieme in uno spazio bellissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è pulita e ordinata (al punto da avere armadi con ripiani etichettati con vari accessori), ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Francesca, la host, gentile e disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato tantissimo e Francesca si è premurata di sapere come stavamo e ha fatto di tutto per permetterci di essere sereni e goderci il posto magico dove eravamo. Un'esperienza bellissima.

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
