The house is centrally located on Zealand between Ringsted and Roskilde. Quick access to freeway, east-west and north-south. The house is on 2 levels of 100m2 and consists on the ground floor of 1 large living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, 1 room with two beds, kitchen, shower and toilet. Newly built villa for yourself. 3 km to the center The house offers: 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with TV and a fold-out bed. Other bedroom with large King size bed. 2 toilets and a bathroom. Large kitchen / family room. Dining table for 8 people. Kitchen with all common kitchen equipment so you can cook, bake cakes etc. Living room with 75" TV and good surround sound & DVD player. Scandinavian style house in the woods

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. We will do our best to make sure you have a pleasant experience in our forest house! Warm welcome! The house is close to nature and the sea. Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The charming villa was built in 1936 but has been completely renovated over the past 3 years, and now appears very neat and stylish.
