A stylish and newly renovated house, full of light and calm, with stunning views of the Seine and the surrounding lakes and forests. Set in a rural village in the heart of the french countryside and a short car ride to conveniences and train station. 45 minutes from Paris and just over an hour to the coast. Explore nearby Giverny where Monet and the impressionists painted the luminous landscape. A great base to visit Paris, Rouen, Chartres and Normandy and the WWII sites.

L'Annexe - lovely guest house with pool

Less than 1 hour from Paris Saint Lazare, 11km from Giverny, come and rest in Rosny-sur-Seine. A few minutes walk from the train station and the shops, we welcome you to this small private guest house (shared outsides) : a living room opened to the kitchen, a décorative wooden wall separate the sleeping area from the living room. You'll wake up with a nice view on the pool (open from April to the end of September, from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.), the palm tree and the terrace.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.
