A nice place to stay awaits in a quiet location about 2 km from Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can be occupied by a maximum of 5 guests. The location in the Alaun Valley, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with its seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful bike routes (bike storage available).

The house is located in an absolutely quiet location on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel nature park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with a barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein.
