You’ll be on the forest trails in 60 seconds flat, a few minutes drive to a shopping hub including eateries, gym, motion entertainment and only a short drive to Blue, Okareka & Tarawera lakes.

Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.
