This was another great stay for my family at Mike & Annemaries's. Loved the pool again for family and great location and plenty of space for family. Great that there was a lot of towels. House was perfect and we always enjoy staying here for a short vacay.

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter and Betty’s. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Google maps guided us down a nearby street instead, but the instructions from the host were accurate and fixed the problem. Peter was very responsive when we had any questions. Would stay again

Great host, excellent house & great location. We stayed for New Years and could see the fireworks over the city. House and pool both clean and lovely.

our family was so in love with this place. it had everything we needed. private yet close enough to the centre of town the place is definitely for families, as we knew that this place is loved and taken care of. we picked this place because it is a older home, so we didn't have anxiety about staying here! the pool was a bonus! which I appreciated it being heated but also not a spa pool. simply the water was warm enough to not shiver!

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend in Rotorua for our mother’s/Grandmothers 76th birthday. Jessie’s place was perfect for our family of 9 adults, very roomy and had everything that we needed, comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly cozy, spotless, and had a warm, home-like feel that made our stay so comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, too—just a short distance from all the major tourist spots, which made sightseeing a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient home base during their trip!

Only 4 of us in this place so lots of room for everybody. The house is some distance from the town centre - 40 minute walk or 10 minute drive but very easy to navigate - basically one long straight road joined the house with town centre. . It is located in a quiet suburb with very few local amenities, just a bakery, dairy and a fish and chip shop. Nearest supermarket is 5 minute drive and no restaurants before town. Loads to do in Rotorua and surrounding area, all of which are easily accessed by car

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

If you want to stay in the area of Rotorua, this is a place I would reccomend! A great house, free parking, fully kitchen, nice beds, a great outer deck, wifi and a tv for my men, in a quit area 7km from Rotorua. No smells from geisers but close to everything Rotorua has to offer. Cathi gave answer to al our questions and made us feel very welcome! She had super tips and spoiled us with milk and coockies!

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this was a great place for our family - complete with toys and a trampoline! Able to make breakfast in the morning and sleep comfortably while being right in the heart of Rotorua. Definitely recommend!

Delightful spot. Beautiful setting. We had a cozy 3 day stay. Lovely character home, with a great set up for winter. Warm beds and great fire place made it super comfortable and easy to enjoy. We would love to come back in the summer and experience the lake again.

My parents and I were very tired after a long journey, but Kimberly's warm hospitality and preparations allowed us to have a comfortable and relaxing time. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring Rotorua, and the space had the cozy comfort of home. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your hospitality Juliette. Our family loved staying at your place. The kids especially grew very fond of Moka. They were sad to say goodbye to him. As a host Juliette was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was always just a phone call away and answered all our questions. House was very cosy and comfortable. The backyard / deck area was the best for our three little people who enjoyed kicking the ball around in and riding their bikes. It was completely secured which was a bonus (especially with our wandering two year old) ! Would highly recommend!
