The large spacious house sleeps 6 comfortably but more guests can be accommodated on request. A private stairway takes you directly to the lake front, where a 30 second walk leads you to a beautiful secluded bay only known to us locals. A 1 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Stony Point Reserve which boasts a lovely children’s playground and of course a boat ramp.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
