The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Zum Baden, Angeln oder Surfen an den wunderschönen Rottachsee sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Auch die Allgäuer Skigebiete erreicht ihr nach kurzer Fahrt. Auf der eigenen Terasse genießt Ihr Bergblick und könnt die Seele baumeln lassen.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

In an idyllic location, the apartment is 900 meters away, surrounded by picturesque nature, a 5 minute walk from the Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000s" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the cellar. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, woollen blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
