Me and my partner have just had a midweek break here for his birthday. Lovely little cottage. Very spacious, peaceful location. Had everything you needed & was very clean. Loved a soak in the hot tub. Hosts were very fast and professional with responses to our enquiries leading up to our visit. We would definitely recommend the cottage to family and friends

Really lovely listing in Cromer, perfect location right by the sea! Kate was a super helpful and responsive host. The space was spotless and the bedroom in particular was lovely ! Kate did advertise that the bathroom had no shower, so we were aware of that going into the space. However, it’s a bit tricky if what you want is a quick and easy shower. Only snag is to be mindful of the short bathroom / bedroom entrances - my partner (6 foot) kept bumping his head going between the bedroom and bathroom, especially at night.

We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

As a family of four, this lovely cottage was perfect! Amelia was very helpful and answered questions quickly, and even had the place ready a bit earlier for us. There was a lovely basket of goodies on arrival, and plenty of parking for 3 cars. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The log fire was an absolute bonus! Location was also fantastic - completely peaceful and only a few minutes drive from the seaside town of Cromer - plenty of restaurants, arcades, a pier and just a lovely seaside town. (I do recommend the Kanton Chinese takeway - the girl working there was super helpful and the food was delicious). Would definitely stay again !
