Awesome studio, great location in NDG - CITQ301611

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Studio 15 min from downtown

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.

Small studio (6 by 22 feet) (it is not basement) (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and private parking in a single-family house. The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.
