Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with soft linens, alongside wooden beams on the ceiling. A cozy rug lies on the floor, and a warm light is provided by sconces on either side of the bed. A separate area contains a bathtub and bathroom amenities.
