Ein Bad ist mit WC, ebenerdiger Dusche und Badewanne, das zweite Bad mit WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner möbliert. Der Garten ist cpl. umzäunt. Auto kann auf dem Gelände geparkt werden.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Unsere 2025 fertiggestellte Waldvilla ist umringt von zahlreichen Kiefernbäumen und liegt direkt im Küstenwald nur 200m entfernt vom wunderschönen Sandstrand des Seebads Lubmin. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Hafenliebe in Wolgast

Genieße das einfache Leben in unserer ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken, alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - siehe Foto. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
