This holiday home with a private sauna, located close to Świnoujście, is perfect for families or friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
