Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat ca. 30 m², eine Dusche + WC sowie einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit integriertem Küchenbereich und ist besonders gut für Paare und Dienstreisende geeignet. Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Tiny house dating from 1911, located on the grounds of the railway keeper's residence on the Berlin–Ostkreuz railway line to Poland, and listed as a house with an OUTDOOR kitchen on the covered terrace. Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
