The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Get to the very end, or maybe the beginning of the road. Next is only the heart of the Karkonosze National Park. Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
