Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Detached cottage at 1150m.ü. m with its own parking space. It has two bedrooms, one of which is open,so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Living and dining room are combined with a cozy sofa and armchair including TV. The fireplace (only heated with the) provides a cosy warmth. Kitchen well equipped. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/toilet. Ideal starting point for hiking and skiing and also for biking Tourist taxes are charged directly through Airbnb

Quaint duplex apartment in the countryside

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.
