The apartment is in a prime location in East Ruka on the slope, on the ground floor, on the slope side in a sunny spot. From the door directly to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, where there is also a sauna during the winter season, but please check the opening hours online. Easy to get to Rukakeskus by gondola. Completed in December 2024, a high-quality and stylish semi-detached cottage with a good level of equipment close to Rukatunturi's services. Enjoy winter nature landscapes and tranquility 1.8 km from Rukatunturi ski lifts and services. You can walk to the Vuosselinjärvi ski slope in a few minutes. The cottage is ideal for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Good framework for remote work, 27' screen and 5G internet connection available.

Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

You will stay safely in a separate apartment with its own entrance. Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations.
