Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Unser besonderes Tiny House steht direkt am Wasser! Hier wachst du mit Blick aufs Wasser auf und genießt den Charme des gemütlichem Rückzugsortes. Das Tiny House bietet alles, was du für einen entspannten Aufenthalt brauchst: - ein gemütliches Doppelbett - eine kleine Küchenzeile für Kaffee und einfache Mahlzeiten - eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC (Kompost-Toilette) - Terrasse/Deck zum Sitzen direkt am Wasser Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit Wasserblick, abends ein Glas Wein auf dem Deck.

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.
