This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The studio is a very special place: a large apartment with a bed, 2 additional separate bedrooms, balcony, giant sofa and above all a long table where everyone can find a seat. It offers the space you need to meet: to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, kickoffs, girls' nights, men's nights, family reunions, Christmas, Easter.....With a kitchen island and freestanding bathtub - sociability and or relaxation - and that with a view of the treetops.

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. Enjoy your vacation in a renovated house from 1720 in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. This superior duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor has a cozy, fully equipped living room/kitchen in warm colors with seating area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and large roof terrace. The bedroom has cathedral views and a spacious shower room completes it. Everything was completely renovated in the summer of 2023.

Eagle's nest in Art Nouveau townhouse

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
