Sointula is a two-story winter living cottage with a beautiful lake view from the top floor and terrace. The cottage has its own flat beach with a hard sandy bottom. You can also swim from the pier. Astiat ja ruuanlaittovälineet löytyy. Juomavesi pitää tuoda tullessa. Pihalla on puulla lämmitettävä grilli sekä puutarhakalusteet. Puulämmitteinen sauna, kantovesi lammesta,ei suihkua. Ulko-WC Vene käytössä , voi kalastaa. Rauhallinen sijainti ,lammella ei muita mökkejä. Ranta on hiekoitettu ja lapsiystävällinen.

Built in 2014, 85 m2 log cabin on the shore of Vihtari by the lake in Simpele. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a sauna and a shower. There's a barbecue hut and a pier on the property. Good road all the way. Very quiet place, very beautiful clean water and fishy lake. A rowing boat and fishing gear are available to guests. Towels, linens, and final cleaning are included. Housekeeping pets that don't do damage are welcome.

The garage is naturally hand-built from nearby parties. The hut is a warm hut with amenities on a cliff amidst nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. The space is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big patio around the house. Part of the patio glazed. The barbecue hut is also glazed, and the ceiling. Your own well water is drinkable.

The cabin includes a loft bed and a pull out couch for one to four people, a small kitchen, a fireplace and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna.
