The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. The rock house is naturally built from a nearby tree in a natural way. The hut is a warm hut on a cliff surrounded by nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. On the terrace, there is a separate landscape sauna and a glazed atmospheric barbecue hut. The cottage is perfect for a couple and really good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the terrace is glazed. Own well water is potable.

Cottage Kotiranta is located on the shore of Lake Saimaa on Taipalsaari. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so you can spend some time in the spacious yard playing games or observing the birds from the terrace. The cottage's yard is bordered by a beach with a gloriously deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a pier for swimming or sunbathing. You'll have access to a rowboat, so you can fish if you want to. Many guests are delighted with the abundant fish catches.

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.
